Community Blood Drive at the C. W. Mount Community Center

Every 8 Weeks beginning DEC. 10 1pm-6pm. in the Cardinal Room, Co-Sponsored by Tipton Suns of Kiwanis and the C.W. Mount Community Center.
Almost everyone is able to donate blood. Donors must be at least 16 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good general health and present photo I.D. prior to donating. Donors who are 16 years old must have written parental/guardian permission on an approved Indiana Blood Center form.
Indiana Blood Center is a nonprofit community service organization licensed by the FDA and the Indiana State Department of Health, and accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks. Founded in 1952, Indiana Blood Center's mission is to "provide a continuous, safe and adequate supply of blood products and testing services first to the people in our own communities, then wherever our blood products and testing services are needed." Indiana Blood Center relies on the generosity of its donors to supply more than 550 units of blood each day to over 60 Indiana hospitals.
